Questions from team in the yearly PA interview

• How to get the pay raise? ($$)
• I was undervalued ($$)
• Why should I work so hard, the boss/company would not pay me more?
• It's too much. Don't bother, I would follow the rule here implicitly.
• You just set too high standard for yourself(none of my business)

My Points

• People are not used to elaborate problem in further depth
• Lack of training of critical thinking
• Belief that I am the small potato(Sorry, I can't help.)
• Challenge to them: Will you clean the shit on the floor w/o any reward?
• Why are you here?
• Are you doing job because of fear of being kicked ass?
