- How to get the pay raise? ($$)
- I was undervalued ($$)
- Why should I work so hard, the boss/company would not pay me more?
- It's too much. Don't bother, I would follow the rule here implicitly.

- People are not used to elaborate problem in further depth
- Lack of training of critical thinking
- Belief that I am the small potato(Sorry, I can't help.)
- Challenge to them: Will you clean the shit on the floor w/o any reward?
- Why are you here?
- Are you doing job because of fear of being kicked ass?
