對於工作


你必須時時像走鋼索般地看重平衡


一不小心你就會往一邊傾斜


如果你願意


你總會聽見警告、驚叫聲


不要等到跌落地上


才發現重心早已偏移

那我不懂，別跟我說

「我跟你解釋，是這樣的，這功能是.....」工程師試著說明。


「那我不懂，別跟我說。」聽計劃主持人這麼說，工程師只好閉嘴，默默走開。


眼下的計劃通常要整合不同領域專長的工程師，事實是沒有人可以精通所有的技術，但不表示溝通、協調、介面可以省略。至少在介面上的瞭解與灰色地帶的跨越終就是不可少的。

Different Mind Set

當你說：「I like what I am doing now. Sorry, I can't accept your offer.」

你是真正喜愛這樣的生活，還是過於高傲？

當你說：「講白了，we have different mind set. I am not the employee of this company.」

Are you just too straight or stupid?

Anyway, intuition from my inner heart always tells me the right feeling about the environment, other people, and if this is something I want.

Besides this, I am not the super man who can save the whole world from poor condition. I do where I can really contribute.
